Showroom Reatiler Operator

Euro Home Decor is currently looking for invidual entrepreneurs or incorporated enterperises to open four additional Euro Home Decor retail stores/showrooms in various locations across the GTA.


As the parent company, Euro Home Decor will be responsible for all costs associated with product stock, including purchase from manufacturers and delivery of products to the retail location. The parent company will also provide marketing support to its retail location operator, which will include:

  • a marketing and a business plan

  • targeted traffic redirection online

  • walk-in client referrals


The partnering enterprise, as the retail location operator, will assume responsibility for all daily costs associated with running a retail business. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • monthly rent of commercial space or an investment into commercial property purchase

  • property and municipal taxes

  • property/business insurance

  • costs of renovations and upkeep (utilities, repairs, snow removal)

  • staff hiring and payroll

  • accounting and bookkeeping


An initial capital will be required to become the Euro Home Decor retail operator. All profits generated from sales of products, materials and stock items sold at the retail location will be distributed equally between the parent company and the retail location operator.
